Warranty Services
H and K offers a 2 month grace period for Canon products for
warranty services. Please provide a valid Proof of Purchase and the
Warranty Card for faster repair turn around time.
Quick Repair
We offer quick repair services while you wait for CMOS Cleaning
and Focus Adjustments. We charge a flat fee of $30.00 for Sensor
Cleaning and and a minimum of $55.00 for Adjustments.
Service Includes
All of our camera that we service will also include checking all
functions, shutter counts (if applicable), Standard Adjustments,
Firmware Update, and Exterior cleaning. Note: Some residue on the
the unit may not be removed so we will try to do our best.

Shipping Information:
Place your equipment in a box with proper packing materials.
Please include the following
Your name, address, email, and phone number(s)
A brief description of the problem that you are experiencing
Warranty Card and Receipt (if applicable)
Any other special request that you wanted us to check or
repair
Please DO NOT
include any accessories unless its related to the problem.
