WARRANTY SERVICES
H and K offers a 2 month grace period for Canon Products for warranty service. Please provide a valid Proof of Purchase and the warranty card for faster turn around time.

QUICK REPAIR
We offer quick repair services while you wait for CMOS Cleaning and Minor Adjustments. We charge a flat fee of $30 for Sensor Cleaning and a MINUMUM of $55 for Minor Adjustments depending on the equipments.

SERVICES INCLUDES
All of our camera that we service will include Checking All Functions, Shutter Counts (if applicable), Standard Adjustments, Firmware Update, and Exterior Cleaning. Note: Some residue on the unit may not be removed so we will try to do our best.

SHIPPING INFORMATION
Place your equipment in a box with a proper packing materials.

Please include the following:
     Your name, address, email, phone number(s)
     A brief description of the problem that you are experiencing
     Warranty Card and Receipt (if applicable)
     Any other special request that you wanted us to check or repair while its in our facility

PLEASE DO NOT INCLUDE ANY ACCESSORIES UNLESS ITS RELATED TO THE PROBLEM.
