DO YOU REPAIR ALL MAKES AND MODELS OF CAMERAS?
   We are an AUTHORIZED SERVICE CENTER for CANON and we ONLY service CANON products including
   lens, videos, flashes, and cameras.

HOW DO I PAY FOR REPAIRS?
   You can pay by Cash, Money Order, Visa or Master Card.

DO YOU HAVE ANY TYPES OF REPAIR WARRANTY?
   We offer a 6 month repair warranty on ALL repairs. We do not offer any warranty for check and cleaning.

WHAT ARE YOUR TURN-AROUND TIME?
   We are proud to say we are able to complete repairs within a week or less, as long as we have the
   necessary parts in stock. We cannot keep all parts in stock for all models, so some delays do occur when
   parts have to be ordered. For CPS Account, turn around time is usually 1-2 days.

WHAT IF I NO LONGER WANT MY UNIT(S) SERVICED?
   If you no longer want your unit(s) repaired, the only charges will be for the return shipping. You also have
   the option to pick up the unit(s).

ARE THERE ANY ESTIMATES CHARGES?
   We offer free estimates on ALL models.

DO YOU PROVIDE SERVICES TO DEALER ACCOUNT(S)?
   YES!

WHAT IS REQUIRED TO HAVE MY CAMERA REPAIRED UNDER MANUFACTURE WARRANTY?
   Proof of Purchase and the Warranty Card is required to complete the warranty service.

ARE REPAIRS DONE IN-HOUSE OR SHIPPED TO OTHER REPAIR FACILITIES?
   All of our repairs are done in-house. All of our technicians are factory trained.

WHAT DOES A CAMERA REPAIR INCLUDE?
   Camera repair includes cleaning, updating firmware, checking and adjusting to factory standards.
